Conversions
We have completed multiple barn conversions offering our clients the ability to transform an outbuilding into a perfect blend of old and new - the aesthetics of a quaint country cottage with the modern conveniences available. Is your barn not 'big enough'? We could also look to build an extension that complements the existing building whilst offering more space for you and your family.

Brickwork

Plasterboard & Plastering
Got cracks in your walls? Cracks in your ceiling? Properties naturally move, but over time this movement can cause cracks in your plaster. If you want this fixed, we can look to work with the existing plastered surface to provide a fresh skim, or we can install new plasterboard with fresh plaster on top to provide a smooth finish for your home.

Joinery
We have worked on bespoke window arches where a traditional wooden frame is required, not only for the aesthetic of the property but also to meet the requirements stipulated in the granted planning permission. We can also construct traditional, trussed, and flat roofs, which may include the installation of Velux windows and skylights, as well as internal doors, skirting boards, patio doors, and bi-fold doors.

Underpinning
Where there is movement under a property, insufficient foundations, or even no foundations, they need to be made right. Underpinning allows us to keep the building in tact whilst we procedurally address the foundations. This is in cases of subsidence or where the weight of the property is to increase e.g. extensions.
