Uttoxeter Renovation
This Kitchen Extension Project developed into a full blown renovation of the house. Kitchen Extension, Lounge Renovation, New Internal Oak Doors, Garden Flower Bed, and En-Suite.
What started as a Kitchen extension turned into an entire renovation project. We started with the Kitchen extension as agreed in the original scope. Whilst working on the Kitchen extension, we agreed to take on the Lounge renovation, internal doors, and to build a small retaining wall for the flower bed which had outgrown its wooden fencing.
Whilst our work in the kitchen could take a break (following plastering etc.) we utilised this time to turn our attention to the Lounge area where we extended this through too. This provides a large but cosy space for the family when they're not in the family kitchen or dining area. To give the rest of the property a 'lift', we also replaced the internal door with Oak paneled doors. After this, we replaced the rickety flower bed fencing with a retaining wall to ensure the walkway is clear, and to tidy up the presentation of the garden to match with the new house interior.
